Clayful is a newly opened, fully licensed pottery painting studio, craft space, and bar located in the heart of Ilkley.

At Clayful, you'll find a wide range of items to paint, from dog and cat bowls to mugs, plates, narwhals, llamas, and so much more! Our friendly staff are always on hand to assist with your creative process, offering guidance and providing shaped sponges and stamps to help bring your vision to life—whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out.

Enjoy our fully stocked bar, as well as a selection of coffees, cakes, and snacks while you work on your masterpiece.​ We also host a variety of fun activities and themed events, such as sip-and-paint nights, art workshops, crafternoons, story mornings, and more!
Clayful is the perfect venue for parties of all ages and occasions. From themed craft or pottery birthday parties to life-drawing hen parties and baby showers, we’ve got you covered.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Pottery Painting
PICK YOUR POTTERY
We offer a diverse selection of pottery, including mugs, jugs, bowls, plates, seasonal items and more, with prices ranging from £4 to £50 depending on the item.
On the day of your visit, you can choose which item you'd like to paint.
There is a £3 studio fee to cover the cost of paints, glazing, and firing. In addition, we serve a variety of wines, beers, cocktails, as well as coffee and food menu.
PAINT
Create and hand-paint your selected piece with our full support.
We'll provide all the guidance you need, walking you through each step of the process.
Our non-toxic paints and all the necessary tools and equipment will be supplied on the day of your visit.
COLLECT IT
We’ll handle the glazing and firing of your masterpiece, and let you know when its ready to pick up.
